Pia Lewis and Jeff Corless are organizing scout and adult volunteers for this annual Troop 33 recruiting event, collaborating with the Tustin Police Department.This year's event will be held on Tuesday, August 4th from 5:00-8:00pm at Veterans Sports Park located at 1645 Valencia Avenue in Tustin. We anticipate the setup time to be between 3:00-3:45pm. A table and two chairs will be provided; more are available upon request. Troop 33 will bring its EZ-Up, tablecloth, recruiting flyers, a recruiting interest sheet, and selected memorabilia to discuss with participants. Patrol Leadership Council Meetings are generally held the first Tuesday of every month (with some exceptions). * NOTE 9PM FINISH TIME *Troop 33 scouts who participate in tonight's activity at the Scout House will earn their Astronomy Merit Badge. Even for scouts who already have this merit badge, this will be a night you won't want to miss. Jeffrey Gray from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) will teach us about the objects in our sky, then help us study them with telescopes. Through a generous grant, there may even be some star-gazing door prizes.Class B Uniform.
